Create a new object type of user segment within organization in order to separate out organizaitional groups and user segments. They are related and can overlap. In our current setup user segment names have overlapped with organization groups creating conflicts.Naming conventions are problematic to implement across large organziations. In order to adopt this futher within JPMC we would need to separate this out.
