Sort search results

As a user I would like to be able to sort/group/filter the search results on various factors. For example: on publication date on role/location/discipline number of views, etc.

Preview in document search

When searching documents , it would be very helpful if the search would return the paragraph(s) that the search term appears in, in order to evaluate if it’s a relevant hit.

As an Admin I would like to be able to share a search globally to all users (e.g. in their saved search). Additionally, as a user/department head I would like to be able to share a search with my colleagues/department e.g. via a URL.
