Remove BSC reports

BSC reports are visbile and usable in ARIS Connect, but can't be removed in the ARIS Architect/Designer.

getSelectedCxnDefs() and getSelectedCxnOccs() method missing

In the report scripts it's not possible to start the script based on a connection. We have multiple occations where we now have to create special dialogs to bypass this incapability.
