Enrich database properties with creator

Often I see new ARIS databases on our environment, but I cannot see who has created those. During a clean up I do not want to just delete them. Now I have to ask my colleagues who created them and whether they can be deleted/removed.

Activation/deactivation Attribute formatting by script
