Please consider implementing a configuration option within "Manage configuration sets" to allow enable/disable showing certain model types in Connect Viewer Navigation pane.
We were advised by Frank Engelbert how to do this by changing configuration xml, but I believe this will be overwritten every time we are doing an upgrade.
This will improve users' experience while navigating through the repository.
