Add an option to forbid the creation of objects with the same names

Please add an option to forbid the creation of objects of the same type with the same name.

The more users use Aris, the more it is becoming a mess (We had more than 20 application system types object named 'SAP, and having duplicate objects happens again and again).

I know it is possible to consolidate objects with the same names after they have been created, but I'd like to have the option that they would not have been created in the first place.
