Language configurable at first call

Currently, the language of the browser is determined when ARIS is called for the first time and ARIS is then started with this language. The user must then select another language with the language selection, which is then always drawn in the future.

Here now the following would be desirable. One can make the start language configurable with the first call. Should the configuration not be maintained, ARIS should work as before. Should it be maintained, ARIS should start with the maintained language in interface and content.

Background: Our board members have little understanding that when they start ARIS, the application does not start in the corporate language, but this must first be changed. Wherefore one must first show a board of directors in which menu this is possible.

Aktuell wird beim ersten Aufruf von ARIS die Sprache des Browsers ermittelt und dann mit dieser Sprache ARIS gestartet. Der User muss dann mit der Sprachauswahl eine andere Sprache w�hlen, welche dann zuk�nftig immer gezogen wird.

Hier w�re jetzt folgendes w�nschenswert. Man kann die Startsprache beim ersten Aufruf konfigurierbar machen. Sollte die Konfiguration nicht gepflegt werden, soll ARIS wie bisher arbeiten. Sollte es gepflegt sein, soll ARIS mit der gepflegten Sprache in Oberfl�che und Inhalt starten.

Hintergrund: Bei unseren Vorst�nden ist wenig Verst�ndnis da, dass wenn diese ARIS starten, dass dann die Applikation nicht in Unternehmenssprache startet, sondern dies erst umgestellt werden muss. Wozu man einem Vorstand dies erst zeigen muss in welchem Men� dies geht.
