LDAP IDs larger than 5 characters

Our customer has multiple LDAP servers to integrate into ARIS so as to import their users in UMC. Some of them have long names i.e. longer than 5 characters so assigning LDAP IDs like abc1 and abc2 is not satisfactory since the LDAP ID is added as a prefix to the user name of all users imported from the LDAP server into ARIS and they have to recall this peculiarity when accessing ARIS Connect. If they had the original LDAP ID to add on their username when attempting login that would really be helpful.
