Status registration of comments within ARIS Collaboration

With the ARIS Functionality Collaboration it is possible to add comments to a model. These comments can then be responded to by other users.

In the context of reviewing models during the design of the models, the reviewer is helped when a status can be linked to the comments placed. (For example: submitted, approved, processed, rejected).

This helps the reviewer to keep track of the extent to which the comments posted are picked up. At the moment there is only the option to delete a comment once it has been processed. This does not help to keep overview and build up a history of remarks and judgment around a model. This history build-up and the ability to search efficiently is especially important when the ownership of a model is transferred to another employee.
