Catalog/Glossary - customisable in UI

Catalog/Glossary should be customisable in modification set or in the content type config similar to Hierarchies.

This should be possible to filter by "default symbol" and add attributes of choice.

Would be great if we could create as well groupings for example:

Have Organisation root and under that glossary for Positions, roles, Org units....
