quick start tiles option to refer to a model GUID in the current database

As an admin of an ARIS instance which runs in a DTAP environment, I have 4 environments where we make configuration changes across all environments. The main database from P is copied regularly to the other DTA environments and is provided a timestamp to see how up to date the database is.

The quick tiles are configured using hard coded URL's which is very tedious.

Basically if you use more than 1 database it no longer makes sense to use the quick tiles to navigate to the starting models for each hierarchy. Using complex XML configuration for delta config is the only option to solve this, but all of that is also hard coded and does not allow for database name changes.

Please make the quick tiles more user friendly and customizable as they are a nightmare right now
