ARIS - SHARE YOUR IDEAS
In the previous versions of ARIS (SR14), there was an opporunity to show announcements posted in the Collaboration on the home page, so each user who logged in into the Connect was immediatelly informed about the announcement (e.g. System upgrade, Planned maintenance work, etc.) From SR16, this is no more available.
Could you please add this option into Connect?

There is no progress on this idea, which is indeed very useful. The announcements still go into All company feed in Collaboration, where no one is going on a daily basis. It would be much more useful to have these announcements visible in the Home (landing) Page. Besides of that you may also envisage some simple text box component (text area that can be formatted) to be available for Home Page, where users may publish their News or announcements. So, when a user enters ARIS - he/she directly sees the News published by the team in dedicated frame. It is so simple and useful feature that I cannot believe was not yet implemented.

yes, this should be able to show global announcements on the home page, so if the users will log into ARIS, they should see this announcement. (It is in Collaboration -> Manage Announcements)

Thank you for submitting your idea. I understood that you'd like to place announcements on the landing page. From what you wrote I figured that these are rather global announcements communicating a system status or a future system status to all users, is that correct?
