Reorganization should not remove objects with assignments

Currently, the reorganization in the standard system also removes objects that do not have an occurance in any model but have an assignment. This means that these objects are still used professionally.

Therefore, it would be good if there was an execution option for "Reorg" that does not delete objects with assignments that do not have an occurance in a model.

Aktuell werden durch die Reorganisation im Standard auch Objekte entfernt, die zwar in keinem Modell ausgeprägt sind, aber eine Hinterlegungsbeziehung haben. Dies heißt diese Objekte sind fachlich noch verwendet.

Deshalb wäre es gut, wenn es beim "Reorg" eine Ausführungsoption gäbe, die Objekte mit Hinterlegungen, die nicht ausgeprägt sind, nicht löscht.
