Add database identifier to URL of ARIS Connect glossary

When sharing a link to the ARIS Connect glossary the database name is not held in the URL and therefore the user will just open it with the last used database as far as I know. To be able to direct users to specific databases with that link we need to be able to add some kind of database identifier to the link in order to link to the glossary for that exact database
