We would like to be able to change the default interface language in ARIS Connect.
Under configuration sets we have removed all languages except two (English and Norwegian). We want to use Norwegian, but English is obviously the default interface/portal language and there are no options to change the default language to another language. Each user must change it themselves by clicking their profile picture and then choose Languages. Many uses do not know this, and this results in users putting in Norwegian text in English fields.
In the available languages list under configuration sets, we can add/remove languages, could you please make it possible for us to choose which language we would like to have as default?

If your browser settings are not blocked by an admin policy your users can rearrange the order of preferred languages to Norwegian - English.

I would extend the request: As ARIS admin I want to define the default language for UMC user groups, as in a multi-national corporation there are different target groups each with their preferred language.

Hello Örjan, have you already clarified your issues about this with ARIS Support? It can come from the default web browser settings that have been set up by your IT department. I suggest you open a ticket first.
