Allow to exactly select which buttons to show in diagram toolbar

I would like the possibility to select exactly what buttons to show in the diagram toolbar.

When checking "Workflow for model" the three buttons below are visible

• Submit change request

• Propose document

• Inform owner of change

We are only interested in the possibility to submit a change request. The other two options are not relevant but cannot be deselected.

It makes sense that the menu is configured via SSC.
