Support of Greek Language accented letters and final s cases

In the context of incidents SI-552986 & SI-55074 we have raised the issues occuring with Greek Content when end viewers try to search with greek patterns. It would be nice if we can somehow support searchengines extensions so that in all areas of Portal (tiles' tables , umc etx) we can support the greek words accents and special characters like final s which in our language is not only used to show the plural of a word.
