Structured insertion of documents into ADS via BULK import

With the help of the bulk import, numerous documents can be transferred to the ADS. However, it is not possible to give the bulk import a "new" substructure of an existing group so that the documents to be imported are stored there. See SI-523032.

For example, the ADS already has a folder called Knowledge. For the bulk import, for example, “Knowledge \ Substructure1” is specified.

However, surprisingly, a second group “Knowledge” was created with the required sub-structure in which the documents have ended up.

This is particularly critical because there are now two groups with the same name on one level. Manual creation of such a state is not possible.

Mit Hilfe des Bulk-Imports lassen sich zahlreiche Dokumente in das ADS übertragen. Jedoch ist es nicht möglich dem Bulk-Import eine "neue" Unterstruktur einer vorhandenen Gruppe mit zu geben, damit die zu importierenden Dokumente dort abgelegt werden. Siehe SI-523032.

Z.B. Im ADS gibt es bereits den Ordner “Wissen”. Beim Bulk-Import wird für den Ablagepfad z.B. “Wissen\Unterstruktur1” angegeben Intention, dass unterhalb der vorhandenen Gruppe “Wissen” die entsprechende Untergruppe "Unterstruktur1" angelegt wird in welche die Dokumente abgelegt werden.

Jedoch überraschender Weise wurde eine zweite Gruppe “Wissen” mit der geforderten Unterstruktur angelegt in welchen dann die Dokumente gelandet sind.

Dies ist besonders kritisch, weil es jetzt zwei namensgleiche Gruppen auf einer Ebene gibt. Mamnuelle Anlage solch eines Zustandes ist nicht möglich.
