Split the function privilege to allow users to have only access to Charts in ARIS Connect
Currently, to be able to access the Charts in ARIS Connect, it requires to have different function privileges (user admin, doc admin, collaboration admin, etc).
Yes, what SCB is asking for is to have an additional function privilege to allow users (e.g. users from security team or PM team) to have only access to all Connect charts/dashbaords, which is different from the current function privilege in admin level.
