Customisable Customer Experience model types

as we model using BPMN, we use specific object types for specific purpose:

- Systems are represented using Information carrier

- Actors/groups/Role are represented using BPMN lanes

We need to be able to use these objects in the CX model for what they are in our organization. The CX models cannot be customised.

We would need specific CX model types that use the objects instead of the traditional EPC objects.

Currently, CX models like Customer Journey Map is not customisable. We need to the flexibility to be able to customise all CX models so that we can align with our BPMN process models fully.
