Enable connection of Collaboration to UMC User Group

This brainstorm is really about about we could auto generate collaboration groups creation and maintenance from an outside source, instead of manually.

The request is to be able to:

1. Use UMC User Group as Collaboration Groups
2. Create, Update or Delete Collaboration Groups or collaboration group membership from an external source, e.g.. an eMail distribution list, etc.

This in effect to auto generate and maintain and avoid dual maintenance.
