Customer attributes for SCIM should possible like for SAML or oAuth

For user connections vis SAML or oAuth ARIS can handle customer defined user attributes. But not for SCIM. We need such customer defined user attributes for SCIM, too.

    The customer defined user attributes are desperately needed to replace SAML with SCIM.
