Functional lock during upgrades

We are requesting an enhancement feature to have a functional lock for the ARIS database(s) before and during ARIS Service Releases upgrades.

As customers, we require this feature to functionally lock our ARIS system, preventing users from accessing and modifying models or workflows during the upgrade process. Currently, we face difficulties in locking the database, resulting in data loss during upgrades.

Therefore, we urgently need a functional lock option (read-only access) for the ARIS database(s).
