Additional generic Function privilege in UMC ‘ Show User administration’

Can we have an additional generic Function privilege in UMC ‘ Show User administration’ which displays the user privileges on database level, user group level, license privileges etc..

In this way we can separate User administration from the operational engineers and assign the current user management functionality in UMC to a separate User Administration team. With this new functionality operational engineers can have the viewing capability (so, not actual applying) in order to see user privileges of specific users, so they can do trouble shooting.
