Bring Collaboration notifications to the Portal ribbon

Currently in ARIS Connect we can see new tasks awaiting our attention as a number next to the edit task icon. Next to that we can also see the number of reports we have listed. We can't however, see any Collaboration notifications unless we actively go into the Collaboration section.

In BT we use Collaboration extensively and it is the greatest cause of frustration on that feature that we do not get notifications around Collaborations.
