Please install a feature to cancel inactive sessions automatically after a defined time of x minutes in context of concurrent license. The license must be free after the session is cancelled. By now the only way to get the license free is the option com.aris.umc.session.ttl.max which defines the total session time.
'Stopall' or server restart do not free the concurrentlicense in UMC.
