central configuration of options for Connect Designer

At the moment in Architect it is possible to set various options to define how a model should look like, which is usually part of definition of modelling conventions. That would be options concerning size, background colour, setting for textattributes, connections, grid etc.

But these settings of course only apply to the Architect itself and not to other users.

So it is essential to have the possibility to set all the options (that are possible in Architect) for Connect Designers as well, which would mean to do settings centrally on the server for all users.

But there must be the possibility to "overrule" central settings for some users/databases. It is necessary that e.g. templates can be defined for all users/databases but in some specific cases can be overruled for either a specific database or user/user groups.
