New attribute type (value list) Merged

Hello!

I sometimes had the use case that i needed a dynamic combination of values in an Attribut of type "Value". This could be displayed as checkboxes to check different values of a list. For example you have different Partners in a value list and you have the case that for a Service 2 Partners of that list are required. So you have to check both Partners and both values are displayed in the Attribute. Workaround with the solution today is to make an additional entry covering both Partners which is very difficult to use regarding different combinations of Partners.
