Report which returns a.o. things the last run date


At this moment a report is missing that returns the following information:

  1. Available for users

  2. Available in Connect

  3. Category

  4. Name

  5. Description

  6. Output formats

  7. Imports

  8. Restricted access

  9. Last date the report has run

Especially the last item in the list is very important. It can be used to help ARIS Administrators to clean up unused or even doubly created reports/macros/semantic checks.

It can also be usedfor UMC admin dashboard (reports executed per period, most used reports).

    This can be broken down into two solutions:

    a) Points 1. through 7. are already covered by an extended report script based on Aris 10.0.4 and posted by the requester in ariscommmunity.

    b) Provide the data feed for a dashboard in the UMC Admin view showing

    • reports executed per period

    • most used reports

    Timestamps of report/macro/semantic check execution are logged on the server in \abs\log\jsreport.log
    with the script's GUID. So this could be raw data for statistical evaluation.
