Connect-Portal: Enable link to FILTERED catalogue

Catalogue view: After filtering the catalogue view (filtering for a certain item, for example attribute "Identifier" = "PLM") user wants to create a linkto this filtered catalogue result (here filtered for"PLM") or copy the linkfrom browser address field to provide the link to other users.

Effort for filtering and searching items shall be reduced for better acceptance.
