Predefine delimiter used for csv exports in dashboards

In dashboards the content can be exported as csv, which needs a delimiter to be able to be handled and analysed properly.

Default setting for delimiter is the semicolon. It would be good if there was the possibility to predefine the suggested delimiter (e.g. to comma).
