Arrange attributes for Viewers in ARIS Portal

Several customers has asked for being able to arrange the display of attributes in ARIS Portal to be similar to ARIS designer with Content-Type configuration.

Since SR14 we have content type configuration, this allows to configure how attributes appear to ARIS Connect Designers, the sequence and layout of attributes. However, currently this is not applied to Portal for Viewers. Customers feel it would be good to have the same layout for Viewers too, and/or the ability to configure the Attribute layout for ARIS viewers.
