Customizing of the panel toolbar in Connect Designer

The panel toolbar in the Connect Viewer (which includes e.g. the Properties- and Report buttons) is possible. Unfortunately, the panel toolbar in Connect Designer (Edit mode) is currently not customizable.

We use the toolbar customization e.g. to let the users start frequently used reports or governance work flows. Please harmonize this aspect of the user interface for Viewer and Designer.
