Collaboration Notifications & Resolution

I have received 2 requests from users regarding collaboration features:

1. When users comment on a model, unless the person the comment is aimed at is tagged, they do not get a notification that a comment has been submitted. It would be ideal if you could introduce a way that modellers are notified if any models they have created or recently edited receive comments, so they can read & take the appropriate action.

2. The ability for users to resolve comments (similar to Google) once they have read & completed the action. There is the option to provide Collaboration Management features, but this provides full collab admin access rather than just the ability to control comments where you are the owner, model editor or person tagged in the comment.
