Problem Statement
We have been informed by Support that currently the maximum limit for a Spreadsheet Model in ARIS Connect is set 1000 edited cells (value or style/formatting). Empty cells are not counted, but, if a cell contains style/formatting then it is counted. This value is not configurable.
Request
Increase the limit number of cells available to a Spreadsheet Model in ARIS Connect. We could easily have a spreadsheet that has hundreds of rows and dozens of columns.
Request++
Make the maximum cell count allowed configurable by the customer and provide a mechanism for the customer to determine the best max size (based on memory, network speed, or other relevant factors).
The limitations have been removed for on premise and private cloud deployments.
On premise customers can use the patch setups ARIS_Patch_Setup_V10.0.24.0.310000718 (SR24) and ARIS_Patch_Setup_V10.0.25.0.304893841 (SR25) to remove the limitation.
If you still feel there is a need for a configurable limit I would propose to add a separate idea.
