Option to disable modeling object reuse (for specific objects)

Provide facility to indicate if an object type can be reused or not. In the case of an object configured not to be reused, the drop-down list providing the designer with available definitions will not show. The list of available definitions to show only for objects configured / enabled for reuse. This is especially relevant for modeling objects used to build BPMN models (Tasks, Rules, Events etc..).
