Variant management

With the new Variant Management it is possible to roll out changes of master models to (countryspecific) variant models.

When changes are done to both master and variant at the same position, the layouting seems not to be "natural". In a support ticket (SI-457658) I was told the reason is a missing variant relationship between the added functions in both models.

But first it is not very user friendly that users need to create variant relationships, despite the fact that there needs to be someone to decide whether there really needs to be a new variant relationship. The changes could be completely unrelated.

So it would be good if there could be some enhancements done on that.
