Hide/unhide button for feature "Model viewer" (Overview) Merged

Configuration item: ShowOverviewRect

Currently it is possible to either configure the Connect portal that the Model viewer is available or the Model viewer is not available.

It would be helpful to have a toolbar button to hide/unhide the Model viewer (Overview Rectangle). In addition it would be helpful to allow resizing of the rectangle.
