it would be good to have a document for the topics sso via SAML 2.0 and SSO via Kerberos to hand out to the customer, which describes how ARIS is been acting if you use SSO e.g. which answers are expected by SAML 2.0 from the IDP or which SPNs are needed if case of the Kerberos user.
