additional languages - support of different method languages

At the moment there are several languages available and it is possible to add many languages more using a modification set.

But if an additional language via mod set is added, interface and method language always are English. There are of course languages where other interface or method languages would be more "natural".

So we would need the possibility to create combinations from data language, interface and method language using other interface and method languages than English as well.
