Scheduled Reports - suppressing deactivation on errors

On our internal Software AG project, we critically need an option that would set a scheduled report as not possible to be deactivated on any error.

Would that be possible?

Full Story:

We are using scheduled report in ARIS to execute report that synchronizes an external system with the ARIS data on daily basis. This synchronization should NOT be deactivated from any reason, since I am posting emails on any error that occurs - if the scheduled report gets deactivated, I do not receive any email and I have no clue that something wrong has happened.

Within the report, I am catching all the errors that could cause deactivation, however there are also internal ARIS errors that cannot be caught, e.g. when network error occurs, Active Directory is not available and user that is running the service cannot be authorized.

In this case, report gets deactivated and I have no way to influence this.

Thank you for any help!

Alternative: similar like it's done for governance flows that fail, when the scheduled report gets deactivated, all users with script administrator privilege get informed by mail.
