Hello Software AG,
we are using ARIS Connect also from our mobile phones.
The access is working fine, but we have identified following issues:
- scrolling doesn't work and
- when switching from landscape to portrait the model graphics are gone.
Phone used: iPhone, browser: Safari.
From Software AG support incident 5380713:
We were able to reproduce this effect on iPhone devices by using the safari browser. As discussed with out development, please note, that this is currently not supported.
