Use of alias technology for ADS server specifications

Currently, the link to ADS documents is stored fully qualified in ARIS attributes with the current server name. However, this has serious disadvantages for the following use cases. It is not possible to copy a copy of an ARIS system with the corresponding ADS to another tenant, for example a QA tenant or an archive. Since then access to the ADS documents in the copy of the ADS does not work. The workaround of switching the server name to the new server name in ARIS by searching and replacing is only possible for the workstation. The "wrong" server name remains in the versioned processes.

For this reason, an alias technology should be installed for linking ADS documents in ARIS. Then, after a copy, only the alias in the target system needs to be changed and all accesses function as in the source system.

Aktuell wird der Link zu ADS-Dokumenten in ARIS-Attributen voll qualifiziert mit dem aktuellen Servernamen abgelegt. Dies hat aber für folgende usecases gravierende Nachteile. Es ist nicht möglich eine Kopie eines ARIS-Systems mit dem zugehörigen ADS auf einen anderen Tenant zum Beispiel ein QS-Tenant oder ein Archiv zu kopieren. Da dort dann der Zugriff auf die ADS-Dokumente in der Kopie des ADS nicht funktioniert. Der Workaround den Servernamen durch Suchen und Ersetzen auf den neuen Servernamen im ARIS umzuschießen geht nur für den Arbeitsplatz. In den versionierten Prozessen bleibt der "falsche" Servername stehen.

Deshalb sollte für die Verlinkung von ADS-Dokumenten in ARIS eine Alias-Technik eingebaut werden. Dann ist nach einer Kopie lediglich der Alias im Zielsystem zu ändern und alle Zugriffe funktionieren wie im Quellsystem.
