Add the ability to document queries

One should be able to document queries as it is possible for reports, for example by having a description field associated with queries.

    Oh, yes. Right now, the only embedded usage instructions you can provide is by ridiculously long query names, and structuring related queries in folders. Not the best EUX for query users.
