If workflow instances crashes all process governance administrators will get a mail with an error description.
We need a possibility to trigger an incident/ticket system instead of generating mails. The users of the ticket system will handle this error message and forward it to the responsible persons.
Customer requirement is, that no mail has to leave customers environment to inform project responsible consultants/persons e.g. from another company (Software AG)
