HTML formatted email from Notification and Human Task

Hello Team,

Currently, APG don't accept HTML formatted email content. It sends emails as plain text, and generates error if HTML formatted content is supplied as mail body.

Also it ignores the server level SMTP service setting configured in UMC configuration for Email format = HTML.

Request you to make APG honor the SMTP settings, and accept the HTML formatted email content as email body.
