Mass delegation of tasks- ProcessBoard

Hi,

Users should be able to select and delegate multiple tasks to another user in the ProcessBoard. At present user can delegate only 1 task at a time. If more than 1 tasks need to be delegated to another user, it's not possible at the moment. This is useful feature to have in ProcessBoard.
