Maintainable descriptions on all item types

For some itemkinds it is possible to maintain a description within the method.
Currently possible on:
- Modeltypes
- Objekttypes
- Attributtypes
- Attributtype Groups


It would be consequent and helpfull to be able to maintain such a description also on:
- Symbols
- Connections
- Attribut Symbols
