Report-API to write descriptions of item types

Currently it is not possible to write the method descriptions of item types by report.

It should be possible to write these descriptions by report e.g. for updating multiple descriptions by report.

This Feature Request has to be read together with Feature Request 09314 and Feature Request 09315.
