Allow CREATION of an UNLOCKED Copy of Reports & Macros that are LOCKED and yet Aris license allows you to RUN.

This would be very useful to allow All Aris Users/Customers to be able to extend Aris Reporting & Macro capabilities more quickly.

If there is a Report or Macro that I can RUN based on my Aris Licenses, even if that Report or Macro is LOCKED, I should be able to make a Duplicate/Copy of that Report or Macro that is AUTOMATICALLY UNLOCKED so that I can use this as the basis for enhancements/changes that I need/want for the Report/Macro to meet my own specific requirements.
